HelpThisWay helps people find food, shelter and support nearby, and the next thing to do: call, go there, or ask for a referral.

It does not replace community help lines, the City or service providers. It cannot promise a bed, a meal or that you are eligible.

Where the information comes from

Every place shows where its information came from, when it was last checked, and a way to report a mistake. Official data comes from government and official agency sources; other listings are marked as verified by the provider, verified by HelpThisWay, or not yet verified.

The optional assistant

An optional assistant can help you describe what you need. It only picks from listed places, and ordinary search works without it.
